This website is operated by the Fast Car Bids Inc. team. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fast Car Bids Inc. The terms “user” and “client” refer to you. We provide this website and all of its information, services and tools to you, with your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices.
This is an agreement made by you, towards the both of us. You are making a commitment to accept and agree to be legally bound by and maintain responsibility with this agreement. Therefore, it is very important to read this in full and understand it because it applies to you in every move you make on the site, especially if you take part in auctions as a bidder, seller, commenter and even as a user with an account. All new features and tools brought to the site in the future will be subject to these same terms and conditions as well.
We reserve the right to make any modifications to these terms and conditions to maintain their validity. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then do not use this site.
By accepting these terms and conditions you declare that you have reached the age of majority in Canada, province of residence, wherever it may be that you are bidding from and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependent to use this website and all that it offers.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses or any other destructive code.
Any infringement or violation of these terms and conditions will result in the immediate termination of your ability to use these services or even access the site.
Fast Car Bids Inc. is a company that conducts business by connecting vehicle sellers and vehicle buyers. We are not a vehicle dealership or a vehicle wholesaler, we are strictly a meeting marketplace for buyers and sellers of vehicles. Sellers are not our employees and we do not control any action of any class of user. The final sales contract for the purchase of a vehicle is strictly between the seller and the buyer. By agreeing to our Terms of Use, you acknowledge that Fast Car Bids Inc. does not supervise, monitor or control the listed seller vehicles and is in no way responsible or liable for the seller vehicles. This includes but is not limited to the condition of the vehicles, any warranty on the vehicles, the quality of the vehicles, the fitness of the vehicle for a specific application. We also are not liable for any sellers vehicle being in compliance with any rule, regulation, law or code.
All Bidders are responsible for their own due diligence on every vehicle listing. Before bidding on an auction or finalizing the sale of a vehicle, Bidders are solely responsible for making their own determinations if the seller vehicle is suitable for them. Fast Car Bids Inc. is not and will not be responsible for assuring if a seller vehicle is up to a certain quality, condition or standard for a winning bidder. Fast Car Bids Inc. will not be responsible for ensuring or verifying that the information submitted by any class of user is accurate or up-to-date. By using this website in any form of action, you agree to all but not limited to these terms.
Fast Car Bids is a service offered to you to buy or sell (as a buyer or a seller) a car/your car. If you are looking to sell your car, you do not want to post it on a regular list-and-wait platform where most people just waste time, you can list it here. Through an auction format you will only have interested eyes on your vehicle. If you may not want to sell your car out of province, state or country, don’t be discouraged because it is up to the buyer to take care of any fees regarding potential delivery and anything else that may arise once the auction ends with a buyer. Fast Car Bids will strive to have your car sold in roughly 10 days, and if it does not sell, it will enter the Buy Now / Make An Offer section in hopes of selling soon after (see “How it all Works” for more info).
As a buyer, Fast Car Bids is perfect for enthusiasts as many cool enthusiast vehicles may be for sale on Fast Car Bids in a fun simple to use online auction format. For buyers who are just looking for a regular used car (new to you), Fast Car Bids allows everyday driver cars as well.
Fast Car Bids is only a service, connecting buyers and sellers. We list a vehicle from the seller and connect it to a buyer through the site, once the auction ends, both parties will be given each other’s contact information and you must take care of the final transaction which is the payment and delivery (if needed). Once the auction is over, Fast Car Bids is not responsible for anything.
For a bidder/buyer, you are responsible to decide on the car you are bidding on because all bids are final, no refunds will be given for any situation. We are not responsible for anything regarding the car for sale, this is between the buyer and seller. Fast Car Bids only connects the two parties.
Fast Car Bids is not responsible for any information given by the seller or buyer of their car or themselves. We cannot make sure of any information given by a seller or buyer. A seller using our service must complete the auction once it goes live and must complete the transaction once the auction ends. The seller agrees to sell the car at the price the auction ended with. A bidder agrees to the terms of bidding on a vehicle and the buyer fee plus taxes of their bid being potentially taken if they win the auction. The buyer agrees to purchase the car if they are the winning bidder and go through with the whole transaction. The buyer also agrees they are responsible for all the governmental fees regarding registration and others. We do not control the actions of any buyer or seller, we are not responsible for any actions as we are just a service provider and have zero affiliation with any buyer or seller.
Fast Car Bids does not directly have any cars for sale offered by us. We do not take on any responsibility or liability of a seller’s car. This includes any warranty, condition and everything else having to do with the vehicle. When a seller submits their vehicle for review in the very first step of selling a car with us, a seller must not have that same vehicle for sale anywhere else. The seller must not entertain any offers on the vehicle, instead they must connect any interested parties to the site where the vehicle is for sale. A seller must not engage in any activities to try to influence an auction.
If you would like to take part in any actions within the site, you must create an account. By creating an account, you will have to select a username and password as well as provide us with other important information such as your contact information, and credit card if you are a bidder/seller. You agree that the information you are providing us with during this step is accurate and complete according to you at the most updated moment. You agree that your username does not impersonate anyone else, instead is appropriate to you. Nobody may use your account except you, unless you have given someone else permission to take part in activities on the site for you prior, though you assume responsibility for their actions on your account.
You represent and warrant that you are an individual of legal age to form a binding contract or with parental/guardian supervision who have allowed it. If you are using the services of this site under an organization or entity, you acknowledge the responsibility to represent the organization and take such actions under their behalf in accordance with the terms and conditions of Fast Car Bids Inc. Fast Car Bids is not responsible or liable for any actions taken by anyone using the services of the site, for this reason please read these terms and conditions carefully. You will follow all the laws applicable to you and you will not be involved for a third party (only for your own use). If there are laws prohibiting you to use certain aspects of the services provided, do not use the services as you are not authorized to do so. Fast Car Bids is not responsible for your actions against any laws. You will not engage in any conduct that would constitute a criminal offense while using Fast Car Bids. You agree to use Fast Car Bids with a respectful intent to use it only for what it offers and nothing else.
You confirm that you will not share any of your login information and data provided to protect your security. Any activity that is taken on your account, you are responsible for.
You must be appropriate at all times and especially in the comments. You must abide by the law and you recognize that if you do not follow the law or any of the additional conditions previously mentioned and to come, you expose yourself to criminal and/or civil liability. You may not store any information from the site or from other users, you must not transmit any malware, harassment, abuse, threats, harming acts or communication, defamation, profane or any other acts of indecency, unlawful and harm of any kind. You must not promote or mention any hate towards others on the bases of religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, race, disabilities or any other groups of any kind. There will be nothing but respect for others and for the car community on this site, anyone who does otherwise will face consequences. Any content you post on the site must be your content.
You must not engage in any actions to interfere with the Fast Car Bids site and its security. You must not do any system abuse to the security of any kind. You must not use any tools to steal information from our site. If you are caught doing any such thing, Fast Car Bids carries the right to provide any information regarding you and what you have done (that was captured by our own security systems installed for the safety of the site and our users/clients), to law enforcement or any other government authority.
When it comes to the transmission of funds, paying for the service we provided, you must not engage in any fraud. You must not send payments in the form of fraudulent funds to us. You must not send payments in the form of fraudulent funds to fellow users when completing a transaction.
If we decide to start an investigation on you regarding any act you have done on the Fast Car Bids site, you agree to provide us with any information we ask to conduct the investigation. If your account has been banned, you must not create a new one with new contact information and credentials, this would go against multiple offenses listed on the Terms and Conditions. You agree that we may take legal actions against you, change or update any misinformation you have provided us and prohibit your use of the site’s services.
If you caused any violations that were responsible for damages towards reputation, ability to perform services and more of Fast Car Bids, you are responsible for all claims, fees, fines, penalties and any other liability caused. You will be notified if we ban you from our services.
At Fast Car Bids we care about our users, therefore your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Please visit our Privacy Policy page to learn more. Please read it as it is a part of this agreement you make with us as a user.
The services that Fast Car Bids provides is not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18. If you are younger than 18 years old, do not submit any information to us. By using the site for what it provides, you enter agreement and represent the fact that you are of legal capacity to do so and enter any contractual agreement you get yourself into. If you are not of age to enter a contract, a minor, you need to look over this document (Terms of Use) carefully with a parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian will be agreeing on your behalf if this applies to you, if they do not agree then do not use the site for its services or submit any information to us. If you are a minor and have submitted information to us, we will delete it as soon as possible and if you know of someone who created an account with us or further, please let us know immediately at [email protected], we would greatly appreciate it. However, if you are a minor, you are free to roam around the site as you may be a growing car enthusiast, just please do not make an account or anything further.
At Fast Car Bids we are always going to be working on improving your experience while using the services. For this reason, there may be interruptions and changes, we reserve this right. These updates will not be done during important hours, though if it is an emergency, you will be notified prior. If you continue using the services, you agree with the changes and new terms.
The prices of our services are subject to change without prior notice at any moment. We reserve the right to modify the prices without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you for any price changes or interruption of the services due to the right we reserve to make updates and changes without notice.
This Terms of Use agreement is also subject to changes at any moment. By continuing to use the site, you agree with the changes. For this reason, you should visit this page regularly to be sure of your capabilities and limitations.
Depending on your participation with the services, you will receive notifications or messages in the form of emails or comment replies. When signing up, you will receive a welcome message where you will be asked to verify your account, for example. In your profile, you may click on or off to receive a certain email.
If you submit by email or any other means of messaging, ideas for the site, information, suggestions, proposals, plans or any other materials of any kind, you grant us the right, at any time, without restriction, to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate or use anything you sent us. We are not required to maintain confidentiality, pay compensation to anyone for anything provided or respond to such messages or notifications.
We may, but are not under any obligation to monitor, modify or delete any content that we believe is unlawful, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or objectionable and that goes against these Terms. You agree to write comments that do not violate the rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, confidentiality, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights. You also agree that your comments will not contain any illegal, defamatory, offensive or obscene content, nor will they contain computer viruses or other malicious software that could affect in any way the operation of the Service or any other related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone you are not, or try to mislead us and/or third parties as to the origin of your comments. You are entirely responsible for all comments you publish and for their accuracy. We assume no responsibility or liability for any comments you post or any other third-party post.
When creating your account, you will be asked to provide some information. Your first and last name, a username that does not include your last name, an email and password. You will also be asked to click an option on how you found us. You are responsible in keeping your credentials confidential. Do not share with anyone. If you want to participate in the services provided, you will need to add a credit card and phone number as well. If there is a breach of your account whether you authorized it or not you must let us know. We are not responsible or liable for any activity or damages that may result of such breaches or authorizations of your account and credentials.
You are not allowed to collect any information from or relating to another user, whether via the Services, in the course of offering or making an offer on Seller vehicles, as applicable, or otherwise, beyond what is necessary to complete your due diligence and the auction transaction. Upon the conclusion of an auction, you must not share or use any and all user information from or relating to such user.
You are responsible for all submissions you contribute to the Services. You agree that all user Submissions submitted by you are accurate, complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations enforced.
You agree that we may use user provided information/user content you provide us through emails, blogs, forums, polls, or through any other User generated submission via any platform and may use your name and any stories you provide us in articles or other features published on the Services or in our potential publications, advertising or sponsored content. Fast Car Bids can edit, rewrite, use, and reuse the User Content, including your name, photograph, and biographical information you provide, with or without attribution, including publication in the Services or our publications, advertising or sponsored content. No matter what, any material you send us will not be treated as confidential. Regardless of any circumstances, we will not pay you for the use of any content that you submit on any platform.
We reserve the right to deny access to the services to any person at any moment for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or exploit any part of the service or use of the service, or any access to the service or contact on the website, through which the service is provided, without our prior written consent.
You understand that your content (excluding your credit card information) may be transferred in an unencrypted manner, and this implies (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to comply and adapt to technical requirements for connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission over networks, through the highest security.
We try our best to display the colors and images of the vehicles as best as possible. However, the exact colors of the vehicles (since many cars have special paint names and especially the paint-to-samples) will be mentioned in the information of the vehicle. This is why we ask you to take as many high-quality photos as possible, as a seller.
We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sale of our services to any person, in any geographic area or jurisdiction. We could exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
There may be information on our site or in the service that may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to vehicle and service descriptions, prices, promotions. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, omission, and to change or update information or cancel listings, if any information in the Service is inaccurate, at any time and without notice. You will be automatically notified if a listing you were watching and/or bid on has been cancelled.
Seller fees:

Listing submissions are now at no cost with or without a reserve.
No hidden fees or additional charges.
Sellers receive 100% of the final sale price; no % taken.
Buyer fees:
A 5% buyer's fee on that fee amount, paid by the buyer on the highest bid will be automatically placed on hold with only the winning bid commission being taken and all other bids, once beaten, will be immediately automatically released. Taxes charged after the fact.
Range of commission fees: A minimum of $250 and a maximum of $6000 no matter if the 5% falls below or above this range.
Reserve: A minimum desired selling price for the vehicle.

The hold on the winning bidder’s credit card will be charged as the buyer’s fee immediately once the auction ends. All buyer’s fees are non-refundable.
The cancellation fee of $115 taxes included is non-refundable. See “How it All Works” for more info.
You agree to pay for the services and their taxes. Other fees may be required by law that are not included in the price of the car and fees, such as registration, government fees, titling fees, inspections or others. There are no refunds, any issue transaction wise is between the buyer and seller, not Fast Car Bids responsibility.
We do not inspect any vehicles that a seller lists. Some vehicles, not all, will have a vehicle history report. You acknowledge and agree that Fast Car Bids takes no risk or responsibility associated with purchasing a vehicle from a Seller.
You agree to provide a valid instrument of payment. When you provide a payment instrument (credit card) to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment instrument. When you make a payment, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount of the payment instrument you designate for the transaction. You also authorize us to collect and store that funding instrument, along with other related transaction information. We may cancel any transaction if we believe the transaction violates these Terms, or if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss.
It is free to register for the services, though to go any further with the use of the services mentioned above and in the “How it all Works” page there are fees to be paid. If you decide to go further with the services, you agree to all the payments that need to be made in full and in time. You must pay all the fees and applicable taxes by the payment due date. We use “Stripe” as our third-party payment processor. Stripe’s terms of service can be found at https://stripe.com/en-ca/legal.
You agree to all these terms previously mentioned.
If you enter a dispute of any kind regarding a vehicle or anything of that sort (user to user contact), you release Fast Car Bids and its employees, directors and everyone tied to Fast Car Bids, from claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses and damages (of any kind whether they are physical or mental). You agree to this, therefore you waive any protections you may have limited to the extent of the permitted law that would limit your protections on what liabilities or claims may be on you.
You agree to indemnify Fast Car Bids and all employees, directors and third parties involved with the business not responsible for any damage, liability (actual or consequential), losses, cost and expenses (including any fees from an attorney or anything) that may come from any claim or investigation whatsoever. All relating to your use of the services provided or your violations of these terms. In any claim we will try to help by providing any notice and information you may need on your account (if we do not provide anything you agree that you still don’t indemnify us for anything). You agree to not settle anything without our prior consent.
Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions or any other policies or operating rules that we publish on this site or in connection with the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications, proposals and agreements, oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior version of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use). Any ambiguity as to the interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Use shall not be interpreted to the disadvantage of the drafting party. You also agree to treat any potential third party aspects of the site and services with the same responsibility explained through these terms.
Obligations and liabilities incurred by the parties prior to the termination date will remain in effect after the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These General Terms and Conditions of Use are effective immediately and until terminated by either you or not. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you stop using our site. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are failing, or if we suspect that you have been unable to comply with the terms of these Terms and Conditions, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without giving you prior notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the termination date, and/or we may refuse you access to our Services (or any part thereof). Some terms remain applicable even after termination.
Termination, suspension, or cancellation of this Agreement or your access rights to the services shall not affect any right or relief to which Fast Car Bids may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon such termination, suspension, or cancellation, all rights granted to you will automatically terminate and immediately revert to Fast Car Bids and all rights granted by you to Fast Car Bids shall survive in perpetuity.
By entering into this agreement by using the services, you agree to waive the right to trial by jury or participate in a class action. You agree to not come forward with any proceedings by a court of law, trial in a court in front of a judge or jury, class action lawsuits or class wide arbitration. Issues will be taken out by both parties through individual agreed upon terms and potential individual arbitration only. You agree to have all claims or disputes of any sort resolved by individual arbitration. Fast Car Bids does not make any representation or warranties for any car advertised on the site, offered by a seller. Fast Car Bids does not monitor or is a part of the transaction between you and bidder/seller or any other third-party provider, and you agree.
The terms mentioned through this entire document are in full effect at all times. If at any time or for any reason, some of them are not enforceable, then the smallest number of terms are void, with as many terms and to their fullest extent possible staying in effect. The terms are in full effect at all times. You agree that you are not an employee or in any way connected to Fast Car Bids, this voids any authority you think you may have at any given moment when proceeding with the services.
