Here we have a gorgeous & rare example of the multi-award winning 2006 Alfa Romeo Brera with the top-of-the-line Sky View trim. The Alfa Romeo Brera is a mid-size sports car using the GM/Fiat Premium platform, manufactured by Pininfarina & marketed by Alfa Romeo as a 2+2 coupé. It was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro of Italdesign Giugiaro. It received positive feedback at the unveiling in Geneva & Alfa Romeo then announced production plans for 2005. The Brera was in production for 5 years before ending in late 2010, but they were never officially offered in North America. All variants adopted the e-Q2 electronic limited slip differential which used aluminum for various parts of the car to help reduce weight. This Brera we have here was reportedly imported by the seller in April of 2022 from Japan when the odometer showed 124,100 km. The car reportedly went under immediate inspection by the seller; a retired long-time mechanic, alongside a long-time Alfa Romeo specialist mechanic. The drive shaft needed replacement, due to the unavailability of the part they opted to have it custom built. Many other parts listed below were reportedly replaced with no expense sparred. The vehicle is in reported excellent running shape. On August 7th, 2022 this Brera won 2nd place at the 2022 Italian Car Day at the Boyd Conservation Area show in Ontario against roughly 1000 other Italian cars including Ferrari's & Lamborghini's; without even getting a car wash before the show. It is powered by the top of the line 3195cc 3.2L JTS V6 spinning all 4 wheels through its 6-speed manual transmission.
