Here we have the famous Skyline.
GTR registry confirmed this car is originally a Series 1 R33 Type-M delivered as an automatic.
It was then entirely converted to a Series 2 GTR with the 5-speed manual transmission and other Series 2 modifications.
When the Series 2 5-speed manual transmission was installed the instrument cluster remained original.
The exact date and KM when this swap was completed is unknown, however mixing the Series 2 manual transmission with the Series 1 automatic: The instrument cluster in turn displays half (1/2) of the current speed when driving & also records half (1/2) of the KM - distance traveled.
The odometer reads just over 71,000km, meaning the actual mileage is at the very max 142,000 KM if the swap was done when the car was brand new, which it most likely wasn’t.
The reason that many people keep the original cluster is because by displaying half (1/2) the current speed, it bypasses the 180 KM/H top speed without wiring into the ECU.
This can be fixed by swapping the cluster to a Series 2 manual transmission cluster but then to exceed 180 KM/H you will need to bypass its internal limiter.
The Series 2 front end uses 10 watt signal bulbs, and the series 1 rear end uses 20 watt signal bulbs. This causes a rapid flashing signal light flash. The car currently rapid flashes. This can be fixed with LED signals and an LED flasher, or a 10/20 watt flasher with the current bulbs.

Issues/Flaws
Front bumper and grill are probably the worst parts of the body. The rear passenger side tail light and surround have a scuff and a crack. Has the odd dent here and there and some rock chips. However, for its age it still turns heads everywhere it goes.
It may not be cleanest exterior wise, but the paint is in alright shape. Recently lightly polished as to preserve the original clear coat, some parts have been repainted over its 28 years of life, and ceramic coated to protect its current condition for years to come.
