Extra options

Here we have an all original same family owned 1969 Buick Skylark Custom 4-door. That is not a typo; all original same family ownership example with the original bill of sale! The vehicle was purchased new at the dealership in Quebec in 1969 by a lady whom later gave it to her daughter. Boasting the optional 350ci V8 2-barrel Rochester carburetor engine; hence the 350-2 decal. With only 65,000 KM it is said to be the original mileage. We can see on the bill of sale it was sold new for $4225.00 on April 30, 1969 at Desrosiers Automobiles Inc. This is an untouched example that has never been restored. The hood & trunk door are not fully closed and kept like this in storage to "protect the joints". The car is always stored in a heated garage, regular maintenance has always been completed when the car was driven a little more regularly & the service receipts are in-hand. It has been in storage since 2006 with just 162 miles put on it since. In 2006 it was evaluated by J.G. Marchand & Sons Classic Motor Inc. a classic car evaluation service. The first page has general info on the vehicle. The 2nd page states that no modifications were made to the vehicle at all from the engine components to the body & interior. The 3rd page states that all the body parts of the vehicle are in either level 2 or 3 condition. 2 being "Proper and well preserved" and 3 being "Proper with usage". In its current state, the car would benefit from a little bit of cosmetic love & will need the battery to be recharged or potentially replaced. Some other components may need to be looked at, however seller states everything is in working order. With these parts addressed the value of the vehicle is much higher than the ask. An original classic in its true form is up for grabs here. Regarding the Gallery: - The first photo is from a small photoshoot that was done in 2012 - The next 36 photos are of the vehicle right now in its current state; in heated storage - The next 8 photos are the remaining photos from the shoot in 2012 - The next 6 photos are from 06-03-2016 - Then we have the Bill of Sale & evaluation documents - 3-Speed Turbo Hydra-Matic 400 transmission - Jade Green Poly Metallic over Emerald Green leather/fabric interior & Semi Gloss Dark Green Metallic trim (9592LH SG) - All original - Heater - Sonomatic Delco All-Transistor vintage radio - Manual windows - Chrome Skylark Custom emblems - Locking steering column; standard on all 1969 GM vehicles - Seats 6 - 14" original wheels wrapped in Goodyear tires - Power: 230 HP & 350 Lb-Ft of Torque - Curb Weight: 3644 lbs
