Here we have a collectors grade Honda Express NC50 in a claimed excellent condition listed with NO RESERVE, the highest bidder will take this scooter home. This bike was recently fully restored. The NC50 is a scooter that was produced from 1977-1983. It is powered by an air-cooled 49cc 3.0ci 2-stroke engine. The suspension consists of an inverted leading-axle fork & a single shock mounted to the chain case on the left. It features an automatic choke & an improved compression ratio over for the scooters produced prior to 1980.
When this bike came out it was designed to enter the large market for scooters; which developed due to the oil crisis at the time. Honda's goal with this scooter was to make it easy to operate for anyone. Therefore they used a fully automatic transmission & a small oil pump to self-mix the Express's oil & fuel, further eliminating the need for premixing.
