Here we have a BMW motorbike, the '96 1100 RT. First released in 1996 with a production run until 2001. It replaced the 100RT that preceded it and was a large improvement in many aspects including power. It uses BMW's electronic engine management system. Produced in the BMW Berlin Facility. It is a very comfortable cruiser.
The engine delivers 1085cc, 2-cylinder in a 4-valve boxer formation. The engine provides 90 HP & 70 Lb-Ft of torque. Redline hits at 7500 RPM. Bore is 99mm & stroke is 70.5mm. These engines run beautifully, always ready to go.
